Westonbirt School Lacrosse Tour - Thursday 25th March

Day 6: This morning they will be transferred by coach to New York City and your Manhattan hotel. After some initial exploration of the local area, they might decide to take in an evening Broadway show. Click on New York on the map below to go to the hotel's web site.

Local weather in New York

Just arrived at our hotel in NYC. Very exciting seeing the Manhattan skyline and Statue of Liberty. Our coach driver, Tommy took us on a grand tour of Downtown NY and we had a glimpse of the building work at Ground Zero - very moving, but were not able to walk around. Girls very coach bound and we've let them loose in Starbucks across the block before heading off for Italian supper and theatre.

MVP from yesterday's game is Kat and MIP Saskia - now pronounced SARskia!! Well done to both girls who did an AWESOME job!

Tomorrow we're going up the Rockefeller Tower and hopefully go and watch a DIV 1 college lacrosse game. Oh, and more shopping too!
